We have created a leather version based on the classic track jacket.

The track jackets of superNova. feature a relaxed silhouette and an emphasis on the original texture and expression of the leather, and we use "unpolished horsehide" which is light and soft and can be cut into large parts.

Horsehide: Horses have large bodies, so the surface area of the hide is also large, making it possible to cut large parts.

Unpolished leather: After dyeing, we use as little chemicals as possible, such as colorants and finishing agents, to leave the original expression of the leather intact and finish it.

We have also adjusted the thickness of the leather to make it lighter and softer than the leather jackets we generally imagine, and we have created it with an emphasis on the ease of movement that is the original of track jackets.

The lining is made of a cold-weather material that absorbs and converts infrared rays and has a heat-generating effect.
(The lining is plain black.)

The width and armholes are set loosely,
the front has an EXCELLA® double zipper,
and the pockets are placed on the bias so that it is easy to put your hands in.

The cuffs and hem are elastic, and the sides have eyelets for ventilation, so the elements of a track jacket are designed to harmonize with the leather jacket.

About horse leather

Horse leather is a material derived from animals, so each piece has a different look. Also, because these animals are very active, some items may show minor scratches and wrinkles.
